Bringing improv comedy to the city of Richmond
NEW SHOW
May 2nd 2025
🎠Richmond Improv Theatre Society Presents: MAY JAM! ðŸŽ
Part mayhem, part jam session, this improv extravaganza is where spontaneous comedy collides with wild creativity. Featuring a variety of improv games, scenes, and unexpected twists, our open-format show brings together a fresh batch of Richmond Improv Theatre Society performers who are ready to stir-up the laughs.
And before the improv mayhem begins? We’ve got a double-decker delight to open the night:
🔥 Jon Endo (@jonendo) and 🔥 Cory Lupovichi (@corypoopoopeepee) – two standup comics who know how to get the jelly rollin’ with their sharp wit and spicy punchlines.
Whether you're a fan of unpredictable antics, sharp-tongued standup, or you just like your comedy served with a spoonful of chaos, May Jam is your jam.
So grab your friends and your best laugh – this night’s bound to be a jam-packed riot you’ll preserve in your memory for a while.

Our Story
Richmond Improv Theatre Society (RITS) started as just a couple of friends who just wanted to connect and make comedy around Richmond. But since its humble beginnings it has become a name stay in the community. From doing fundraisers like Laughter is the Best Medicine, to starting performance groups like TMPImprov, Extra Relish, and Bored of Directors. RITS aims to be the community hub for improv comedy in Richmond by providing equitable access to performances and classes so everyone in the Richmond community can participate. Richmond Improv Theatre Society is proudly supported by the City of Richmond Arts & Culture Project Assistance Grant.
